Bapu Pharma strictly complies with all regulations governing prescription medicines under the Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940, and the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945.
Schedule H & H1 Medicines
- All Schedule H & H1 medicines are dispensed only on a valid doctor's prescription from a registered medical practitioner (MBBS or equivalent).
- Prescriptions are retained for a minimum of 2 years as required by law.
- A prescription register (Form 17) is maintained for all Schedule H1 drugs.
- Schedule X (Narcotic & Psychotropic) substances require separate authorization and are logged in Narcotic Drug Registers as per NDPS Act, 1985.
OTC (Over-the-Counter) Medicines
- Medicines not included in the Schedule H, H1, or X lists may be dispensed without a prescription.
- Our pharmacist may request medical history where clinically warranted.
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data by Bapu Pharma, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Bapu Pharma follows the guidelines issued by CDSCO and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for medicine returns and refunds.
Conditions for Return/Refund
- Defective or Damaged Product: Medicines received in damaged or tampered packaging are eligible for exchange or refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- Wrong Product Dispensed: If an incorrect medicine is dispensed (pharmacist error), a full exchange or refund will be provided immediately.
- Batch Recall: If a medicine batch is recalled by the manufacturer or CDSCO, a full refund will be processed.
- Expiry Before Purchase Date: If an expired medicine was inadvertently dispensed, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used medicine strips/bottles
- Temperature-sensitive products (vaccines, insulin) once dispensed
- Medicines dispensed against a valid prescription (cannot be returned due to safety regulations)
- Products with broken seals not due to our error
Bapu Pharma provides local delivery and home delivery services within our serviceable areas. All deliveries comply with applicable pharmaceutical delivery regulations.
Delivery Terms
- Home delivery available within 10 km radius of our store
- Minimum order value for home delivery: โน299
- Delivery time: Same day (orders placed before 2 PM) or next day
- Delivery charges: โน30 per delivery (free above โน999)
Prescription Medicine Delivery
- Prescription medicines require a valid, verified prescription before dispatch
- Prescriptions can be shared via WhatsApp or email prior to delivery
- Original prescription must be produced within 24 hours of delivery
- Schedule X (Narcotic/Psychotropic) substances are NOT delivered โ must be collected in person

- Bapu Pharma reserves the right to refuse dispensing any medicine if there are reasonable doubts about the validity of a prescription or if the dispensing may be harmful to the patient.
- Product images and descriptions are indicative. Actual products may vary slightly due to batch changes by manufacturers.
- Bapu Pharma is not liable for adverse reactions arising from misuse, self-medication, or failure to follow medical advice.

Price Regulations
- Essential medicines under National List are sold at DPCO-capped prices
- Non-essential medicines cannot be sold above MRP printed on packaging
- Any discounts offered are transparent and above the minimum allowed floor price
